1. Accessorial electric heater will be installed by professional person;
2. Down-lead of electrical source should use three cores software cable line (line cross-sectional area ≥1.75 square meters),electric heater,Leakage protection plugs and so on must be adopted which are chosed specially by our company.
3. Yellow-green short line is protective grounding line for solar energy water heaters,when connecting line,its one end and yellow-green lines are firmly connected on the connection pole,then other ends are connected on the left/right connection pole respectively.three leads of down-lead of electrical source should connect with junction box of power supply for protecting plug when current leaking respectively.In order to not too much reveal brass wires of connection pole,to avoid short circuit happened,brass wire of line end should control bare length about 5mm.The length of yellow-green grounding line should longer than other two leads about 10-12mm;
4. After wiring, down-lead of electrical source is firmly impacted by pressing board,close cover of junction box,use bolt to fix.then daub a little lube in insetting end of electrical heater, Gently inserts to prospective hole of electrical heater,exportation for line of electrical heater is downward.Then to fix electrical heater on the cover by bolt to prevent from drawing out randomly.
5. One end of yellow-green grounding lines with silver welding piece are fixed on the rivet hole of solar water heater near to bottom of cover.
6. Down-lead of electrical source leading to the indoor is fixed on the back vertical feet by strap.If down-lead of electrical source
is disposed along with outer wall,it is also necessary to use seton pipe to protect and fix firmly with external wall.To prevent current leakage because insulation layer is worn by wind;electrical outlet of power supply for protecting plug when current leaking,its grounding end must be effectively contacted.
